There is one apartment upstairs with two very friendly tenants. There is parking in back of the house, off-street, and a nice yard, if you like gardening that's an option. I'm looking for someone professionally-oriented (students are fine as long as you aren't in having parties constantly and can pay the rent). Rent is $500 and would include heat and hot water, we would split cable tv/cable modem and electricity. We have the option of getting a security system, it would be about $20 per person each month. If you want to have a phone line installed that's fine, there are two phone jacks, I just use my cell phone.
