Two outgoing professional guys (24 and 22) are looking for one more person between 21-30ish (Male or Female) to go in on a housing share.
I just closed on a house in Denville and am looking for one more roommate to help out with the utilities/mortgage.
We both work a typical 40 hour, 9-5 schedule and are very easy going.
Neither of us smoke or use drugs.
A little bit about the property:
It is a 1500 Sq ft colonial 4 Bedrooms, 2 full bath on a half acre of land.
The typical utilities are included in the $750 rent (Electric, Cable, Internet, Water, Sewer, Washer/Dryer, and off street parking).
You could have your own private bedroom (about 154 sq ft). We also have a spare room downstairs for an office/computer room that is big enough comfortably for 3 desks.
There is also a full dry basement for storage. And a deck with a BBQ for the nicer days of the year.
I am currently renovating the entire house this week and next week:
- I am carpeting the bedrooms.
- Removing all of the old wallpaper and painting all the rooms.
- Opening up a wall to the dining room and living room for a much larger, brighter space.
Due to these renovations pictures won't do the house justice, however they can be provided upon request.
Since I own the home I am flexible with modifications/requests to the room or house if discussed with me first, You won't find a better landlord.
