Additional Note:
Great View of nature and even greater view of the Pool!! Why??? well it's simple, the apt is located next to the pool and entrance. FSU, FAMU, TCC?? not even 1/4 of a mile away!!! Winn-Dixie, Gas, restaurant.... literally a stones throw away. Safety??? Night security from 8pm-5am 7 day/week and Gated (residence/guest entrance). I personally really enjoyed my stay and renewed my contract in 2008 till 2010. Doing this allowed me to keep my same rate ($384/mo). Unfortunately I must move back home to be with Family and am putting my APT up for SUBLEASE!! ;-) You can sublease and move in immediately if you want because, I'm completely moved out
