Basement room available, approximately 150 square feet (not including storage area), with 3/4 bathroom for the exclusive use of the basement tenant. The room is cable-equipped.
In addition to the usual living quarters and kitchen, the house is equipped with wireless Internet, washer/dryer, and Wii.
The house is situated a mere few minutes from the Ballston Metro Station (Orange Line), offering quick access into Washington, D.C. Two major grocery stores are within walking distance, as well as Ballston Common Mall. It is also near the major thoroughfares of Arlington County: Glebe Rd., George Mason Dr., and Wilson Blvd. For bikers, the Custis and Bluemont Junction trails are also nearby.
The current occupants are a 20-something male and 30-something male who divide their time between work and the rest of life.
First month's rent and security deposit, equivalent to the a month's rent, are due at the time of moving in -- no exceptions. Lease options are flexible (month to month, quarterly, etc.). Utilities are approximately $50/month.
Pets are not allowed (we've lost a couch and an awesome chair to pets... sorry).
WHAT IS THE BEST OFFER?
We will give preference to those who come closest to the asking rent ($900/mo.) and the longest possible lease term (year-long).
