About the Room/Condo::
Good size room w/ closet with private hall bath that's yours. The condo is furnished but the room is not. Washer/Dryer in condo, 2nd story, vaulted ceilings, balcony, cable/wireless internet, pool in complex, fitness center in complex, gorgeous green area with trees and grass. Right off the 15 freeway and close to 56 freeway. RB is a very central SD location! Elephant Bar in walking distance.
About me::
I'm 23, BA in psychology, in training for the CHP (dispatcher) and will be working in Kearney Mesa. I'm responsible, clean, respectful, busy and quiet during the week, but love to go out on the weekends. I do have a small 3lb dog who will eventually become comfortable with you (couple first days are a little rough =) ) but she's a sweety.
About you::
You must be respectful and on time with rent and bills. Rent is $750 plus half utilities. No pets. I havnt had good luck with roomates in the past and I'm really just tired of it. I would love to have a friendship and be able to call someone a friend, rather than a "roomate" but I know sometimes it's hard because the 2 clash. I've had 2 bad experiences with male roomates, so this time around, would prefer a female between the ages of 22-35 yrs. Must be able to sign a 1 year lease and be approved with credit and have good rental history.
