My Fiance and I are renting a duplex/townhome app. 1500 sq ft. and have an extra room to rent out. We work during the day, so we are only home evenings and most weekends.
We are needing a laid back individual to rent with us. Must be dog friendly as we have two inside, outside significantly big dogs, but are extremely friendly. We live on the East side of Norman, and we both have two jobs. Must be reliable. Must have own transportation. $400.00 will pay your part of all bills including rent, electricity, water, trash, cable, washer & dryer, and internet if you have a wireless able computer.
We are a 21 year old female and 25 year old male, very outgoing people. We tend to be homebodies, so we would prefer someone who will not bring tons of parties or problems. Male or female is fine, preferrably 21+. Must be trustworthy, easy going, and interesting of course. We're very easygoing, so what you do in your time is fine with us as long as the bills are paid and the house isn't trashed every weekend. The duplex is upstairs downstairs with the bedrooms on the second floor. There is a large upstairs bathroom that the shower/ bathroom area is seperated from the sink area. The room we are renting has a walk-in closet that is connected to the bathroom. There is already a full sized bed with headboard and bedding, as well as a dresser in the room, if you want to bring your own furniture, that's fine as well. The kitchen and living room downstairs are huge. And there is a second bathroom downstairs. Our neighbors are friendly and have children, very quiet neighborhood. It's about 5 miles from campus and one mile from the fast food resturaunts, grocery stores, and shopping plazas on E. 12th St.
