Roommate need for my one bed room house. Located at 106-5 CLINTON AVE, JERSEY CITY, NJ. That room is 3RD floor of private house.I am looking for a courteous, responsible and clean roommate. Close to downtown, University and college. Like New Jersey City University just 0.9 miles and St Peter's College just 1.1miles from that house. There is also a bus stop is one block from the house.
