Three bedroom townhome in Oakdale has 2 bedrooms open for rent. This townhome is only two years old, located in a convenient location close to 494 and 94. Rent would be $490/month. This would include utilities. Each bedroom has a nice closet with folding doors. Shared large bathroom on top floor by bedrooms.

The rest of the house includes hardwood floors on the main level with large kitchen and living area. Kitchen has a buffet area and all of the appliances are stainless steel. The upstairs is carpetted.

There is one space in the garage available for one renter and would share the garage with myself.

The association of the townhouse provides all outside care of the house such as lawn mowing and snow removal.

One months rent is required for a deposit.
