This is a carpet room in a two-bedroom apartment. Great for a college student! You would have your own room and bathroom. This is with all utilities included i.e.. Gas, electric, water, cable, and wi-fi. We do have three small pets and do not mind if you have a pet that stays in your room i.e. a caged animal. We do like to keep a quiet lifestyle, no drugs and no wild parties. We like to keep an orderly house so we would like a clean and orderly roommate. This apartment has a washer/dryer and dishwasher can be part of the deal. There is free parking and is accessible to the 14 and other city transportation. There is also a no smoking rule in the house but have a nice balcony to sit on if you do. We do not care about anything other than honesty, cleanliness, and the fact you pay on time. If you would like any other info please feel free to contact me. A $250 security deposit will be required. The amenities in the building include a pool. The apartment is surrounded by neighborhood supermarkets. The apartment is minutes away from Six Flags, College Of The Canyon, The Masters College, Cal Arts, Cal State Northridge, malls, and the 5 fwy. It is close by to Northridge, San Fernando Valley, and Los Angeles. We are looking for locals only(example: CA and nearby states), no one overseas sorry!
