My wife and I are looking for someone to fill our spare room.
We are both nerdy and in our twenties. We have a couple cats that are very well behaved. We would like to find someone that is laid-back but responsible. The apartment is in a building with all people in their 20s-30s, but everyone is respectful.
The apartment is nice and roomy, and if you smoke there's a cool back deck/mini porch. The utilities are low (you'd pay a third of that which is basically nothing). There's a free washer and dryer in the basement. A convenience store two blocks away. You can see the commons from the living room windows.
We would ask for first month's rent and half a month's security deposit to move in. We want to find someone asap so please contact us as soon as possible. We're flexible about move-in dates, so depending on what date you wanted to move in we could adjust the first month's rent accordingly.
