Hi, my name is Janice and I own a townhouse in Daphne, AL. I have a master bedroom and a smaller bedroom for rent on the 2nd floor of my home. Each room has it's own sink and vanity with a big lighted mirror, private doors to the bathroom and walk in closets. I have had students from the United States Sports Academy room with me before in past years. I am asking $400.00 for the smaller room which is 11' X 12' and $450.00 for the master bedroom which is 14' X 17'. You will have to purchase your own groceries.
