I'm looking for a female (college student or proffesional) roommate to live with me at my ranch home in a quiet, very safe suburban town. I'm a 29 Executive Director and I have two daughters, 3 yrs and 4 years old. They are wonderful girls and they keep to themselves. The room that I am renting is the master bedroom with it's own private full bathroom with most utilities included. There is a cable line that provides basic cable and I believe my router will support internet on that side of the house. The bedroom is in the other side of the house so there is enough privacy. My roommate must be very responsible, kind and easy to get along with and of course a sweetheart with my girls. As the old saying goes, mi casa is tu casa. My roommmate will have access to all ammenities, kitchen, living room and backyard. My house is cozy, the living room is stylish and the master bedroom is large enough for anyone's comfort. The bedroom has a window, very large closet and the full bathroom with stand in shower is right inside. I don't have a picture at the moment but it's worth your while to see it. I am requesting first and last month deposit ALSO my roommate is responsible for one quarter of the gas and electricity each month. Sorry, non negotiable. If you are not able to abide by these requierments, I would have to assume that you are not able to afford this rent. This room will not be around for long.
