Additional Note:
Near train station and bus stations for easy transit if you do not have a vehicle.
The apartment is very large with 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, large kitchen, huge bathroom, large closets, plenty of storage space, and the 3rd bedroom is available for guest when they visit.
Animals are okay but will be reviewed case by case. There is a backyard. Street parking with a spot always available within 500 feet of the front door.
The rent includes everything such as water, electric, heat, gas, cable, and internet.
