Hi, I am a 43yo single mother. I have one maybe two rooms for rent for the right renter. This is a family environment so there is no smoking in the house and absolutely no drugs or alcohol use in the home. If you have drug and/or alcohol problem, or criminal history, please do not bother applying. The occasional evening drink or outing is fine.
Rent is $700,(this includes bills) some may think this is high but it keeps the rif-raf out! Home is nice 3 bd 2 bth house with unfinished basement in very nice neighborhood. Once basement is finished there will be an additional 2 bedrooms and a recreation room and family room. There is a finished bathroom in basement.
Yard is a mess but only because of lack of funds to fix it. This will change once I get my trailer sold and or a lawsuit settled (which I hope one or the other will happen soon).
Rent includes room (furnished if needed), electric and heat (I like to keep it cool in the summer), cable tv and Internet. Currently I do not subscribe to this but can once I have found a room-mate. Also includes your own refrigerator (located in garage) and access to washer and dryer.
Common rooms are kitchen, laundry, dining room, living room and hall bathroom. Living room includes nice furniture, big screen tv and nice sound system. Dining room includes large table that seats 8.

My life is quiet and typically drama free. I own my home and just need help making ends meet. I have had things stolen from previous renters which is why I ask more now - hopefully this will keep the rif-raf from applying. I currently do not work, not for the lack of trying, but prefer not to so I can continue my education or keep trying to build my own business.
My 10yo son has chosen to live with his father so therefore his room is available. If I rent out the 2nd room my daughter will share with me until I can get the basement finished.
