2 rooms available in spacious 3-room duplex on the UWS brownstone building (70th between Columbus and CPW) $2800 for the 2 rooms – Looking for 1 or 2 people to occupy these 2 rooms in whatever layout they would like! They both have private entrances and bathrooms.
-The 11 by 22 foot lower room has high ceilings and lots of natural light. It is a studio layout, with a kitchen and bathroom, and 2 large windows. This could be a bedroom or living/working space. It has a lot of storage space and a private entrance from staircase.
-The 17 by 17 foot upper room has french windows that lead onto a private rooftop area, with amazing views of midtown Manhattan and Central Park (see pictures). These windows, and the low surrounding buildings, ensure that this room is always full of natural light. And you wake up each day to a great view! Own bathroom (basin and toilet), private entrance from staircase, access to full bathroom on lower level.
I also have my own entrance and bathroom. So everyone enjoys privacy.
Half a block from Central park, half a block from the C and B trains, 3 blocks from the 2 and 3 trains, 5 minutes walk to the Riverside park.
