I'm 26 Female & own a 2 story 3 bed/2.5 bath in Egg Harbor Township. Looking to rent out one of my rooms. Good size, private room, closet & bathroom. $800 includes all utilites (electric, gas, water, cable and DSL Internet (wireless).Full access to washer & dryer.
The Security deposit will be a month & half of rent which would be $1200. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. There is also a nearby bike/walking path. Shops and resturants are minutes away. 20mins from Atlantic City. I also have 2 boston terriers which are extremely friendly and well behaved.
