Building has elevator, gym (free), large laundry room, roof deck (great for tanning, parties, etc.), all units with central air. Apt. is on 1st floor.
I have lived here for a year, but my roommate is moving out so I need to replace her. I am a 29/m who will be entering his second year in law school, originally from Long Island, NY. I am clean, courteous, and easy to get along with. The lease is up at the end of August, and the new lease will be for one year. There are lots of young people in this building. The area has lots going on, great restaurants, etc.
