Additional Note:

1200 sq ft. townhouse with room for rent. Bedroom is large and has a walk in closet and vanity.

Brand new carpet was installed 2 months ago, kitchen has hardwood floor and has lots of counter space and cabinets. Brand new refrigerator and dishwasher, also has garbage disposal and washer and dryer.

The townhouse is located at the end of a cul-de-sac so there is more privacy, also has an alarm system and a fenced in patio in the back. Close to 526 and Tanger and is 10 minutes from anywhere in Charleston.
