ROOM: Good sized, room for queen bed and furniture. Very large sep closet, full wall of windows, tons of sun. Has it's own ac / heater. Exposed brick, wood floors.The rent is $1575. Room can accomodate.
APT / Building :This building is new, only a few years old. Very nice and clean, not very big. Great marble lobby, doorman, laundry, The building is maintained and kept in good shape. The residents are young. There is a spectacular, furnished roofdeck which is huge. Large, clean, nice bathroom. Amazing views of the city north and south. Close to buses, train, and many great establishments. Apt is nice and clean with cable, hi speed and DVR. Bills are inexpensive between 3, approx $75. New stainless steel kitchen appliances, dishwasher in a nice, separate kitchen. Spacious, if you cook.
You: Male in 20's and 30's. Employed, reliable and friendly and sane. If you are outgoing and a sports fan that is alright! Creative types are encouraged. Prefer non or light smoker. No couples. Not looking for anything more than a deposit and rent.
ME: Mellow, easy going guy in 30's. I'm a musician and a sports fan, huge basketball and football fan. This is a low key, no drama apt and seeking this for July with someone who is the same. Into good beer, good vibes.
