Additional Note:
1200 square foot house to share. Have 50 inch HD flat screen with Direct TV and DVR and high speed cable internet. Bathroom is newly remodeled, very nice, as is the kitchen. Hardwood throughout the house except for kitchen (tile) and bathroom (linoleum). Very large living room. Washer and Dryer are in house as well.
Have all the dishes and kitchen stuff needed, don't need/want more. I have a medium sized dog, very friendly. No drugs, no smoking.
I have a house cleaner,there is parking space for cars and the house is fenced round.
Its is located in a friend neighbourhood environment.You wont like to miss this.
