Hi there my name is Steph and I am looking for a male or female roommate, ages 20-29 to move in after July 31st, 2008. I’m looking for someone who likes things CLEAN and NEAT. I’m not a total clean freak but I certainly do not like living with anyone who has messy habits. Generally Kitchen and Bathroom cleanliness are the main issues. I have a great apartment that I need to renew a lease with. Place includes dishwasher, garbage disposal, heat, garbage pick up, and water with rent. Balcony and extra storage off the balcony too. Lots of space to move all your furniture in! I am looking for a roommate who is also typically quiet and someone who doesn’t have large parties. I love cats and most dogs but I will have to check w/ the land lord if it is permitted. There may be an extra security deposit with that. Location is near the corner of Calumet Street and Oneida Street.
