I am a 24yr - young professional with rooms to spare. I am looking to rent out the extra bedroom in my brand new townhouse. My unit has a 2 car garage with extra lot and street parking. A large 1st floor that includes a large kitchen, dining room, and great room. There is a 1/2 bathroom and washer/dryer on this floor as well. The 2nd floor has a master bedroom and private bathroom along with a walk in closet. Also on this floor is a 2nd bedroom with a TV Cable jack and a standard closet. There is a full bathroom in the hallway on this floor as well for the 2nd bedroom. The 3rd and top floor is an extremely large room and is twice as big as the master bedroom. It is nearly as big as the kitchen, living and dining room combined! It has a TV cable and internet wall jack. There is a small closet and tons of space for furniture, beds, a TV, etc. The whole floor is PERFECT for 2 people who would like to save money and share a room together. Roommates would have full access to the whole house. This includes the garage, washing machine and dryer, Fridge, Oven, Microwave, and Dishwasher. All appliances are brand new!
