This is a really great place for two people. Since it is large, it is possible to be almost completely independent, and yet friendly with the other person. I am a freelance violinist and play gigs alot on the weekends especially. I also enjoy watching films, (especially foreign films), and listening to music, either classical or folk/ethnic. I am basically a quiet person who likes to party occasionally. I have a 14 year old cat who stays mainly to herself, or hangs out in my room, (very well-behaved). This apartment is the 1st floor of a 3 story house. There is free parking behind the building, and a free washer/dryer within the apartment. The room you would have is a good size, (app 10' by 15'), with a good size closet and lots of shelves in the closet. The kitchen and living room are spacious and bright with lots of windows. The apartment is furnished and decorated throughout except in the room you would have. There is one bathroom, and covered porches both in the front and back of the unit. There is also a finished basement with plenty of storage space. If you have a boyfriend or girlfriend, that is fine, but I would expect that you would be spending at least half of your time as a couple at the other person's house.
