The property is located in the Marlboro Meadows community in Upper Marlboro. It is a 4 bedroom house (3 rooms upstairs and 1 downstairs) with 2 full baths, family room, living room, eat in kitchen, and a small closed in deck on the back. It is an older house, but very clean. We are renting out the room on the upper level of a split foyer home "ONLY". Laundry and kitchen, and bathroom facilities are shared. The neighborhood is quite and safe. It is perfect for someone stationed at Andrews AFB.
