I am looking for a roommate to share my home with. I live in Davie, close to all the major colleges. This location is great for students. I am currently a nursing student in the area. The room has its own entrance with a parking space. You would have access to the kitchen and the rest of the house. The rent will include all utilities; including cable, internet, water, and electric. The room has a private bath with a shower. I have a big yard. Animals are welcome. The room can either come furnished or unfurnished. You can either rent short term or long term. But ideally would prefer someone through the summer at least.
I do require a $300 Refundable Deposit and a two week notice by either of us for change of circumstance.
