I am looking to rent a large bedroom in my 4-bedroom home to the perfect room-mate right away!
The room that is for rent has its own front door entrance and is off the side of the house. So, you will have as much privacy as you need. There is enough room for a couch and bed in the room. The bathroom and kitchen a will be shared. However, we will have shelves in each of these spaces specifically for your things.
The home is in a great neighborhood just east of Airport and IH35. It is walking distance to Hyde Park, coffee shops the new Children's hospital (tons of shopping there) a great new park, and lots of great restaurants. I love all of my neighbors and we all look out for each other. We have a huge back yard and a medium size dog (very sweet) that lives outside. We are looking for someone to move in on or before June 1st (6-month lease).

Busy lifestyle and looking for a low maintenance place to live (maybe a graduate student or someone that travels for work?).
My son and I currently live in the home. My son is there only half the time and we are both extremely busy and rarely home.
