Hello! My husband and I are looking for a roommate to occupy the lower level of the house. We are 22 year olds just starting life and would love if someone reliable would like to help out financially. Located downstairs is a good size bedroom, a foyer with a walk in closet, and a big living room for the occupant to chill and entertain guest all listed is for the furture occupants own private use. Upstairs you will also have your own private bathroom. The rooms to be shared are the kitchen, and laundry room. We are a young couple who like to have fun on the weekend but will def keep it quite during the week days, we are looking for someone who is reliable, preferrably a professional, couples are welcomed. Students must pay 6 months rent before moving in. Utilities will be slpit 1/3 unles a couple then 1/4.
