We live in UNIVERSITY VILLAGE. Its a specious, furnished apartment. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 levels, and 2 bathrooms. Just right off of Tennessee Street and Stadium Drive (1702 W Call St. Tallahassee, FL) - convenient for Florida State University (FSU) and Tallahassee Community College (TCC) students. The rent is only $250 a month and utilities usually run about 60-75 a month for everything. We are looking for a clean, responsible, easy going roommate within us.
