Very, very quite area. 3rd floor apt with only one surrounding neighbor.
Great community! Gym open 24/7, conference room, pool and computer area. Near Quarrys and Blue Hills, easy access to 93 and very safe.
Free unlimited parking and 1 garage space to share. Currently have Comcast (free wifi internet) though have to pay separate gas, electricity, water.
You would be signing a lease agreement along with myself, there would be no application fees as it would just be a continued lease and we can select the terms.
They do require a background check for new tenants.
