Housemate Wanted, Small log home on 35 wooded acres. Looking for a female housemate at my cabin in Del Agua Canyon Ranches in the mountains near Trinidad, CO. The cabin, which is actually a small log home, is on 35 wooded acres. Panoramic mountain views with a variety of wildlife and the property is totally secluded. The cabin has electric and wood stove heat, dish tv and internet, well water, 2 bdrm 1 bath, $290+ ½ elec or 85/wk. The master bdrm is an upstairs loft type bedroom, I don't have any pets now. I will email you all the pictures that you want. This is a fantastic place to live if you want to get away. I am very unassuming and open minded and respect peoples solitude always. It is very quiet here and there is no traffic until you get down to I-25 which is eight miles away. Trinidad has every service that you might need and is a very cool little town. The winters here are comparatively mild and it is always sunny. No Lease needed. I have no children and have never been married, I am 6’, 190 or so, I don’t smoke and drink socially but love to have a good time, I run nine miles/wk and have for fourteen yrs and work out a bit otherwise, Trying to find a roommate that I can trust and that is responsible because I will be gone a lot between going to Tucson and also back east to the Catskills in NY.
