I have a 1 yr old end unit townhome located 5 miles south of Quantico base and 1/4 mile north of Garrisonville rd in Stafford va. I have 2 rooms for rent, one basement level which the square feet is 12x12($700)room with private bath and walk in closet, and one up stairs room which the square feet is 12x11($600)with private bath off from room. Renters will have kitchen privleges and some house privleges. Basement living room has "50 plasma and built in surround sound, second level has cherry hard wood floors, all stainless steal appliances, island, LCD tv in kitchen, and a deck.
