i have a great cozy one bedroom,one bath apartment in culver city. I need a roomie by March 15. The apartment is fully furnished, with a microwave, stove, tv(basic cable)dvd player and bed.We also have a nice little patio off the kitchen( perfect for summer lounging)Because the place is furnished I am looking for someone with very little stuff. The roomate would be the getting the whole closet(1/2 the top shelf)and almost entire bedroom to themself, along with 1/2 of all the shelves in the kitchen as well. My bf lives next door so I basically crash there all the time. I just keep my clothes at the apartment. If ever I need to crash I sleep on the sofa in the living room.
It's at a great central location. There is a bus stop and newly opened art galleries at the end of the block, freeway entrances(10 and 405) only minutes away. Restaurants, laundry mats, internet cafes and coffee shops are all with in a 5 min drive. There is no parking spots; however there is ample parking on the street( i park there, never a problem).It is located at a great safe neighborhood.
The rent is $650 a the month, including utilities. Rent is due on the 1st. The payment for the rest of march will be $350 I myself am extremely clean, quite, and very friendly.I am easy to get along with and am looking for these very same qualities in a roommate.
