Looking for one or two honest, responsible, easy going, trustworthy female roommate within my a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom house with furniture for the common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and downstairs bathroom. Located a few minutes from Great Lakes Mall, one minute from Route 2, and a few minutes from Route 306 in Center St. at Route 2, Mentor, OH. There are a total of 3 bedrooms available and remodeling one more. If only one roommate is living there, than that bathroom will be entirely yours. Rent is as sum as $450 including all. I'm 24 years old, I work six, and sometimes seven days at a FAA regulated facility in Mentor. I attend classes at Lake Erie, and I enjoy what quiet time I can get. I like going to bars on occasion as well as tipping a few back on the couch watching the Cavs. Other than that, I'm extremely laid back. I am a very nice guy who is hard to piss off or offend.
