I am looking for a roommate in my current place, a 2 bed, 2 bath apt w/ your own bath, shower and closet. The rent is $1150/month.
I am a 23-year old male working in non-profits.I'm easygoing, clean, and pretty quiet. I enjoy a beer or glass of wine with dinner, but am not a big drinker or anything. I like going out to dinner with friends and such, but am not big a partier.
About the place:
It's a large one bedroom in big charles e. smith building. The unit is a top floor corner unit, with hardwood floors, very nice views and great natural light.
The rent includes a covered garage space and all utilities. Cable (have HD tv, w/ hd dvr) and high-speed internet not included in utilities; runs $60/month.
It's a 10 minute walk to Friendship Heights Metro (red line) or Short bus ride to Van Ness Metro (red line), easy access to Conn. Ave busses. There are many Conn. Ave stores and restaurants within a few blocks.
