The apartment is in an avalon community in downtown stamford, very nice. Has a doorman, gym, pool, lounge, tennis courts. In the apartment there is a full washer/ dryer,dishwasher. You have your own bedroom and bathroom. Your roomate would be a 27 year old female professional, very easy to get along with, down to earth, nice, fun. Move in date is flexible, the lease is until Aug.If you get along you can discuss renewing it.
