I am a female in my 40s, currently living in a 2 bedroom apt. in Manchester. Place is fully furnished except for the bedroom available. Apt. has 1300 sq. ft. with washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal and wood burning fireplace. There is a cathedral ceiling in kitchen/dining area plus attic storage and garage parking for one car, which could be shared between us. There is also another parking space available in the driveway and even 2 when the snow melts. Conveniently located near shopping centers, bank and downtown area. Need someone who can put two of the utilities in their name. Gas and Cable *(have comcast package - would like to have this same service). I take care of the electric bill and all incidentals for apartment. I have two small friendly dogs,(Westie & Lhasa Apso)so the person who moves in must get along with them too. Need someone to move in for April 1st as current roommate will be moving out at the end of March. A security deposit would be also required of $550. Please email me with all inquiries.
