This is a 3 bedroom house with all 3 bedrooms upstairs. You would have a private bath with tub and shower. I use 1 room as storage so if you need to store some smaller items that might be possible. It's a 2 car garage which will need to be rearranged to make room for another vehicle if not too large. The home is modestly yet nicely furnished. There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher (you, just kidding), outdoor hot tub which accommodates 4 comfortably, barbeque grill, and a scenic view of the Santa Ritas. Grocery shopping is convenient. Madera Canyon is close for hiking, great places to run and bike in the area. There is a gym near-by and some decent restaraunts.
It's a quiet subdivision and the home is on a corner lot so there are neighbors on one side only. Most everyone is friendly.
