I have room that will be available for rent starting Jan 1. Currently it is myself and one other roommate (both male) and we'll be in need of a third. There is a pool, landscaped front and back yard, a garage with plenty of storage, washer/dryer, widescreen HD TV and sound system, fully furnished kitchen, and central air/heating. This is a quiet neighborhood that is within 5 minutes of Arrowhead Mall, the Peoria Sports Complex, and 10 minutes from the new Cardinals Arena. There is an LA Fitness Club and a Fitness 1 Club within 5 minutes also. Drive time to downtown can vary from 30 minutes (non-rush hour) to 50 minutes (during rush hour). The room has a ceiling fan and a tv/dvd/sound system mounted in an upper corner (can be removed if not wanted). Our style is to share the household rather than hole-up in our rooms.
