Additional Note:
Looking for a roommate to fill one of a three bedrooms in a second floor apartment in Brighton. You would be living with two very laid back chicks, 22 and 25, both have had bad roommate experiences and are looking for a change to say the least. We both work full time, the regular 8-5 deal. We don't get too crazy during the week, weekends can sometimes be another story, but all in good fun. We need someone that is laid back, not crazy, fun, neat (yet not neat freak please) and can pay their bills, and can co-exist with other people.
Ok apartment is great, large kitchen, both front and back porch (we smoke the cigs outside), pretty big living room. Bedroom is slightly on the small side, but can fit a queen size bed and has a nice long walk in closet. That is why it is only $480 and utilities not included but will be around $75 a month(heat, electricity, cable/Wifi Internet).
Commuters have no fear, we are right on Washington Street (in between Oak Square and Brighton Center) with access to the 57 and some other buses that drives by a lot. We have convenience store as well as gym, coffee, pizza, and more.
