Hi, I have a three bed room 2 bath apt in Summerland/Veags (Summerland is a sub Community of Las Vegas and considered one of if not the best area of Vegas to live.) I am looking to rent two of the rooms for $550 and a split on utilities (which will be between $50-$75.) The bath room is shared with another female. If you are looking for a great place with every thing you want this is it. I would like to do this asap. I have attached a layout of the place I sleep in the master bedroom.The name of the complex is Falling Water 1350 Town Center Drive it has a pool, jacuzzi, gym, recreation room with tv, pool table and kitchen for parties, indoor racket ball court, tennis court, and basketball court. It is very peaceful and safe. I am laid back and easy going, shoot me a call or email.
