Additional Note:
I am moving out of my current place, but I need someone to take over the rest of my lease (mid-Dec or Jan to Aug 7 2008). You will be sharing the larger bedroom with my roommate (female). There are two other girls living in the smaller bedroom. They are all very friendly and get along quite well. Rent is $573.75/mo and that includes internet, gas, garbage, and cable. It is absolutely possible to renew the lease or to find someone to sublet the place for the summer if you won't be living there. This apt is in the brand new (3yrs old) Fine Arts building on the corner of Shattuck and Haste (10-15 minute walk to UC Berkeley, near bus stops and shopping/restaurants) so the place is very nice. The price is very good for this building.
