I own a home in North Quincy about 4 houses off Wollaston beach. Currently I reside in the home as well as one other person. We are both 24 and 25 years old. I'm a nurse and he is in sales. I have two available rooms for rent if you are interested. I am charging $700 plus utilities which run about $75 during the winter for 4 people. The only thing that I can't offer is a private bathroom. There is only one bathroom and luckily I haven't had a problem sharing yet.. especially since I work the night shift. I have a 11 month old australian cattle dog and a cat. 10 minute walk to the North Quincy T redline, 5 minute drive to Marina bay, 2 minutes to the highway.. I have a driveway that can fit 4 cars.
