I have a two story; daylight basement home. The Kitchen, dining room and bedrooms are upstairs and a fully furnished family room, laundry room, workout room and craft room are downstairs, along with a fenced back yard. My home has two available bedrooms for rent with 90% shared use of my home. I do expect the potential renters to keep up after themselves. I am located 1 mile from the NASCAR Raceway, the soon to be Nation's largest Water Park, and "The Legend's" Mall. My neighbor is a sheriff thus, crime is not a problem. Pets are on a case to case basis as long as my 90 lb gentle hearted black lab likes them (which he likes most everything) and they are house broken. I put over 40 on the age, but I will consider any female who is of an "adult" character and responsible.
