Looking for housing for Winter Session and/or Spring Semester? We have the perfect place—5 min walk to CSUS, 5 min walk to grocery stores and restaurants. The room available is in a nice 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. Room is available as of Dec 1st and absolutely has to be rented by Jan. 1st. That said, if you needed the room available for only a portion of Dec (lets say, the last week) the rent could be pro rated for that last portion of the month that you needed. House has a backyard, garage parking, dishwasher, close access to the freeway (Howe and 50), close access to the American River bike trail, walking distance to Sac state university, lap pool, tennis courts, hot tub, diving pool and a small fitness center. Both remaining roommates are easy going, love to have fun, kick back with a few beers or go out downtown, but are respectful of others and want a roommate who will also be respectful. No crazy partiers please! Two friendly dogs reside at the house; house is kept neat. You know, pick up after yourself, and everyone contribute to the basic cleaning. We live in a drama free environment and want a roommate who avoids drama as well. We have a TV package and DVDR. TV hookups in all rooms. Wireless internet too. Rent is $550 + 1/3 utilities. Rent terms is Month to Month, but if you’d like a longer contract, that too can be negotiated.
