I am looking for a female roommate. My house is 3 story, 4 bedroom, 2 bath, .5 Acres, approximate 6 car driveway , on a private drive in an upper class neighborhood. House is approximately 6 minutes from highway 94/page extension. House features central air, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fireplace, bar in basement, 2 decks - one screened in. Looking to rent out the front bedroom on the main floor - Fresh paint, clean hardwood floors, 2 windows, walkin closet. Room measures approximately 12' x 12'.
