We (me and my boyfriends) looking for a smart, cute house preferably at Wayne, Westland, Garden City, Inkster, Canton, or Livonia in Detroit Metro ,Michigan (MI). We both work full time. We also are looking for good, dependable, respectful, clean roommate with having a sharing mentality. There will be 1 room for rent with full house privileges. We will pay for the actual deposit on the rental house and asking for first months rent. I think rent would be not more than $450 including utilities. We do have trained, well behaved pets.
