My wife and I are renting two rooms.One room includes a queen size bed, and dresser. The other room includes a twin size bed. Our son just left for his mission and our daughter is going to college in Provo. Both rooms are located in the basement, We prefer someone who is quiet and going to school or working full time. We have two dogs but they will remain up stairs or outside at all times. We leave to work very early and we like to be in bed by 9 or ten. Internet connection available.
