Additional Note:

My roommate is moving out! Up for rent is one bedroom plus private bathroom.

The apartment is in an incredible 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with a heated pool and spa on the roof. We have a balcony (connects to the room for rent) and huge living area. Heating + AC. Two gated/garaged parking spots. Walking distance to Larchmont, Pavilions.

About me: I am a 24 year old male, and work in Santa Monica (about 45 minute commute in the morning in traffic). I graduated from UCLA in 2004 (fyi my roommate is a current Trojan). Moderately decent credit is required (<~250 national).
