About the Apartment
This is a two-bedroom one-bathroom COMPLETELY FURNISHED apartment located on First Street and Healey Street. The rent is $287/month and utilities are NOT included.
It is very spacious, and is much larger and cheaper than many of the other apartments on campus. It is in an excellent location (6 blocks from the main Quad, 5 blocks from the train and bus station and just a few minutes away from the bars and restaurants).
The available room has: 1 large bed, 1 dresser, 1 large mirror, and a desk. The closet is HUGE!
About You
I am looking for someone (male or female) who is easy to get along with, clean, honest, PAYS THE RENT ON TIME, and who does his or her share of the chores (i.e. the dishes and taking out the trash).
About Me
I am a senior studying International Studies and French. I have a job and I am involved in a few activities on campus. I am very easy to get along with, friendly, honest, and usually (95% of the time) in a good mood. I smile a lot!
I have a very small dog (Miniatue Pinscher) that is housetrained.
