Additional Note:
This is a 3 bedroom condo/townhouse located in the southeast part of town. It is near Henderson, McCarran airport, shopping, etc. All of the bedrooms are upstairs, as well as 2 of the bathrooms. You would be sharing a bathroom with the other roomate, as the other bathroom is the master, but I don't care if you use it as long as I dont need it. There is a half bath downstairs. The total sq. footage of the place is 1448. It is nice size. Huge sunken living room with bay windows. Please feel free to ask anything about the place. I live by myself. I am recently divorced so this is my new start. I tend to work alot, mostly in the evenings, so I am not around too much. I have 3 Cats, all declawed and friendly. I do need roomates (2) that are non-smoking and of course, friendly and not allergic to cats. Please let me know if you need any more Information
